A rental contract will first be sent to you for approval. A booking advance of 25% of the total cost will be required to secure your booking.
The price includes:
Bed linen. Beds are made up for you before your arrival.
Towels (except your beach towels)
Kitchen towels
Water and electricity (220V)
Wifi access
Cooking is electric (vitro-ceramic plates)
Renting is normally for a minimum of 7 nights with availability depending on your flight arrivals and departure.
A reservation advance of 25% is requested when the reservation is made. First you will receive a rental contract including all relevant information. Your reservation will be confirmed upon acceptance and payment of the advance.
A deposit of 250 Euro has to be added to the rest payment. The latter has to be on our account one month prior to the start of the renting period. This caution covers for possible breakages while renting and for the cleaning fee if a cleaning service is required. The full (or remaining amount if applicable) will be deposited back into your account at most 15 days after your return.
The house - Madeira Casa - can be rented on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. Please contact us to receive a price quotation for longer periods
