	Access The Ocean is a short 3 minute-drive away whereas 5 minutes take you to the brand new pool of Ponta Delgada. In 10 minutes you reach the Nautical Sports center of Sao Vicente and in 15 minutes the sandy black beach of Seixal. Once you parked the car (2 free parkings are available), the house can be reached by foot either after a short and flat levada walk or by climbing 25m of stairs. We respectfully advise anyone with a walking disability to question the suitability of this accommodation, due to the amount of stairs or to the short levada-walk leading to the property.
